Shipping Coverage

Radyan Marketplace currently ships to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing includes:

  • Order verification
  • Product quality inspection
  • Secure packaging
  • Shipment preparation

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) on a business day will begin processing the same business day whenever possible.

Orders received after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Transit Time

After your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–4 business days.

Transit time may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within:

4–7 Business Days

This estimate includes:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
  • Transit Time: 3–4 Business Days

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $15.99 for all orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before your payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking Number
  • Shipping Carrier
  • Shipment Status
  • Estimated Delivery Date

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Radyan Marketplace is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
  • Customer unavailability
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this occurs:

  • No additional shipping charges will be applied.
  • Separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Damaged Shipments

  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item received.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or another appropriate solution.
