Preparation Instructions:

1. Use an electric mixer with paddle or hand mixer with beaters.
2. Per 1lb. (454g) Icing Mix: Add 4 tbsp (57g) softened butter & 1 tbsp (14g) cool water.
3. Mix medium speed for 1-2 minutes until butter is incorporated, scrape sides as necessary.
4. Mix low/medium speed, slowly add water until blended.
5. Continue to mix another 1-2 minutes until smooth.
