2. Add 1 cup (225 grams) of 90-110°F tap water; mix and let sit for 2 minutes.
3. Whip for 2 minutes on low speed; scrape down the sides.
4. Whip on high speed for 5 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
Ingredients:
• Dextrose, cane sugar, corn starch, dried egg whites, xanthan gum, carob bean gum, sodium acid pyrophosphate, cream of tartar, salt, natural flavor, sodium alginate, calcium lactate.
