A'peels melts are easy to use—just melt in the microwave or double-boiler and pour into the mold. Guittard gives assurance their cocoa beans are Certified non-GMO by Propagation. Guittard Chocolate Company is a gluten-free facility. To avoid melting during shipping, we recommend Cold Packs.
