Guittard White Vanilla Flavored A'peels Melts - 5 Pounds
New Formula - No hydrogenated oils. The Guittard White Vanilla Chocolate A'peels are specially designed for use with our chocolate candy molds. A'peels melts are easy to use—just melt in the microwave or double-boiler and pour into the mold. Guittard gives assurance their cocoa beans are Certified non-GMO by Propagation. Guittard Chocolate Company is a gluten-free facility. To avoid melting during shipping, we recommend Cold Packs.
Features:
- Great taste and easy to use with our molds.
- Store vanilla candy melts at 60 - 70 degrees F in a dry area with less than 50% relative humidity.
- Recommended shelf life: 18 months.
- Ingredients: Sugar, palm kernel oil and palm oils, whey, nonfat milk, sunflower lecithin, artificial color (titanium dioxide), natural and artificial flavor.
