RADYAN Pizza Baking Stone: Rectangular, 14" x 16"
This 14" x 16" rectangular pizza baking stone is 1/2" thick and made from cordierite, which distributes heat evenly to ensure a crisp crust on pizzas, breads, and tortillas. It absorbs moisture naturally, enhancing the texture of baked goods. The stone is safe to use at temperatures up to 1450°F and works well in ovens or on grills.
To use, place the cold stone in the oven and preheat to the desired temperature before transferring your pizza onto it. The stone requires no glazing and should be cleaned without soap to avoid flavor contamination. Proper care includes brushing off residue and drying thoroughly before reuse. Over time, natural staining may occur but does not affect performance or taste.
