Nazdar Vinyl Screen Inks are specially formulated for vinyl printing, providing excellent opacity qualities and fast-drying performance.
Key Features:
- Versatile Substrates: Perfect for vinyl plastics, coatings, and some leather (requires testing).
- Flexible Film: Dries to a flexible film, matching the surface’s flexibility.
- Fast Drying: Quick solvent evaporation for efficient production.
- Heat Sealable: All colors except VF111 Black are heat-sealable; VF121 is non-arcing.
- Mesh Compatibility: Best with 150-280 tpi polyester mesh.
- Drying Temperature: Jet dries at 140°F–160°F.
- Squeegee Hardness: 70-80 durometer polyurethane squeegee.
