The Cambro UPC400 Ultra Pan Front Loading Food Insulated Carrier in Navy Blue is designed for durability and high capacity, making it a favorite among caterers. It accommodates full-, half-, and third-size food pans with varying pan depths, providing versatile storage options. The tough one-piece polyethylene shell is insulated with thick polyurethane foam to maintain food temperatures effectively.
This carrier features a durable nylon latch and an air-tight gasket to retain the temperature of hot and cold foods for hours. It keeps food hot starting at 190°F, maintaining temperatures above 179°F for up to 4 hours, and keeps food cold starting at 32.6°F, with temperatures remaining below 34.5°F for 4 hours. The door opens a full 270° for easy loading and unloading, and optional Camchillers and ThermoBarriers enhance its functionality.
