This Channel Bun / Sheet Pan Rack is constructed from sanitary 1" square aluminum tubing with heli-arc welded tubular construction for durability and strength. It features welded angle pan slides that accommodate standard 18" x 26" bun pans, 18" x 13" trays (two pans per shelf on front loading racks), and 17" x 25" fryer screens. The rack includes an additional base cross bar for enhanced strength and rigidity and comes fully assembled and ready to use.
Designed for front loading, this rack uses plate casters instead of stem casters, providing smooth mobility. It is ideal for commercial kitchens needing efficient storage and transport of multiple pans. Note that trays or pans shown in images are for illustration only and are not included with the rack.
