This heavy-duty universal bun pan rack features an 18 pan capacity with 3" spacing, measuring 21-1/2"W x 26"D x 64"H. It offers end load access and open sides for easy pan handling. Constructed from aluminum, it supports 12" x 20" through 18" x 26" steam table and bun pans using 3-1/4" universal angles. The rack is mobile with 5" x 2" swivel casters that include Zerk grease fittings for maintenance and smooth movement.
NSF certified and assembled for immediate use, this full-height rack is designed for multi-use in commercial kitchens.
