This jade green cocoa butter can be applied directly to chocolate molds or acetate sheets using various methods such as brushing, airbrushing, or even finger application. It comes in a convenient plastic squeeze bottle for easy handling.
To achieve the best results, the cocoa butter must be tempered for proper crystallization and shine. Heat the bottle in a 110°F water bath until two-thirds of the cocoa butter melts, then shake until fully melted. Use at 86°F for brilliant finishes. This product is certified OU Kosher Parve and part of the Artisan Collection, offering 7 ounces of high-quality colored cocoa butter.
