7041 Paramount White is an ultra-low bleed, high-pigment, non-phthalate plastisol ink designed to block dye migration on polyester and problem fabrics. This ink ensures high-quality, fast-flashing prints while preventing fabric discoloration, making it ideal for demanding printing applications.

• Ultra-Low Bleed: Minimizes dye migration on polyester fabrics, maintaining print integrity.
• Creamy Viscosity: Easy to print with minimal pressure, suitable for automatic presses.
• Low Tack: Ensures clean printing without excessive build-up.

Ink Application:

• Spot Flashing: Use lower heat to avoid tackiness. Flash until dry to the touch, then cure in the dryer.
• Print Pressure: Apply only necessary pressure to clear the screen and maintain opacity.
• Reducers and Additives: Use caution when adding reducers to avoid reducing opacity and affecting performance.

Screen Mesh:

• Recommended mesh count: 110 to 230 t/in (43 to 90 t/cm) monofilament for optimal results.

Curing:

• Cure Temperature: 325°F (163°C) for full curing of the ink film.
• Dryer Testing: Test dryer temperatures and perform wash tests before and during production for proper curing and adhesion.
