Quilted White Perforated Fabric for Outerwear

Introducing a unique quilted fabric that is comprised of three separate layers: a white backing, a polyurethane lining, and a white laser cut face. The lining is water repellent and clear, allowing this fabric to be used in articles of clothing meant to with stand wet weather.
