Gifted with a striking tactile surface and supple hand, this stretch medium also boasts a flexible, near-fluid drape. Teaming with texture, fibrous yarns intermingle with strands of elastic, yielding a resilient warp-wise stretch and dainty weft-wise give. With visual depth like that of a cozy sweater, various shades of gray looped threads mimic a hybrid of French terry and classic tweed. Design countless silhouettes like blazer dresses, duster coats, double-breasted jackets, pencil skirts, and more. While of a heavyweight and opaque, we suggest lining your garment with an ultra-soft Pima Cotton Broadcloth, or another lining fabric to prevent seam slippage due to raw seam exposure, and/or finishing seams with zig-zag stitches or pinking shears.
