Showcasing an effortless drape—fluid beyond even the wildest of dreams—we are enthralled by its liveliness and its soft, crisp hand too. Arriving in seemingly multiple panels, four columns of different floral patterns repeat across the printed facing; an ivory backdrop with dancing poppy flowers, leaves, and stems; a watercolor-esque river with scattered petal-figures; congested groupings of tiny to large flowers formed in a black garden; and sporadic white and purple flowers hovering in dark space. Woven in very fine crepe yarns, this polyester chiffon is impeccably thin, yet surprisingly strong, delivering a semi-lustrous, see-through appeal. Design it into full silhouettes or select it for simple bias-cut garments, being sure to avoid tight-fitted silhouettes; we suggest sewing a slip dress with scalloped lace trim, or a throw-over blouse.
