No matter how far you sail from shore, know that our Mood Exclusive Lighthouse Adventures Stretch Cotton Sateen in Folkstone Gray, Jet Stream and Sky Captain will light your way. Lovely braided cords in gold frame an oceanic scene composed of a trusty red-and-white lighthouse on rugged rocks, with a multi-tiered sailboat in traditional brown. As if a picture in a picture, intricately looped ropes, in blue, frame the striped pattern, formatted perpendicular to the selvage. Overall, maritime blue sweeps the fabric surface and hosts golden ropes in a 90 degree-angled fashion. Our medium-weight stretch cotton sateens own a stiff drape as a result of their soft, yet crisp facings and similar, but slightly textured backings. During creation, twisted staple fibers combine with elastomeric fibers to produce highly elastic textiles that are often woven white or blank for printing purposes. With a resilient stretch in the weft, this fabric has a multitude of possibilities; create garments that hug the body like sheath dresses, fitted tops with a billowing peplum, high-waisted wide-leg trousers, and more! Slightly translucent in construction, a lining is not of necessity but may give your design increased structure or modesty.

Note: One panel (59” W x 30” L) features two picturesque squares from selvage to selvage, each overall composition spanning 25.5” (in width) by 26.375” (in height) from rope end to rope end; about ?” (in width) is between the picturesque squares as well as ½” (in height) to the next duo.
