The New-Tech speed reducer is designed to greatly reduce the sewing speed of most industrial sewing machines while adding torque for better control on demanding stitching tasks. Installed under the sewing machine table between the machine hand wheel and motor pulley, it helps gear down sewing speed to approximately 1/3 of the machine's rated speed.
This heavy-duty reducer includes a 2" and 6" pulley plus mounting screws for installation. It may require increasing the size of the belt slot in the table. V belts are not included.
