Shipping Insurance

Protect your order with shipping insurance designed to help cover lost parcels or damage caused during carrier transit. This option is intended for customers who want added peace of mind when placing an order and is available only when coverage is paid in full before the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Coverage guidelines:

• Coverage applies to lost parcels or damaged product/equipment due to shipping with the carrier.
• Coverage is limited to the physical products purchased, up to the amount paid on the LA Balloons invoice.
• Coverage is eligible only when payment for insurance is completed prior to shipment being handed to the carrier.
• Minor transit delays are not covered. Delays may take 1-3 days from the original delivery in-hands date shown by the carrier.
• Claims will not be approved for orders marked delivered but not received when the issue is caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Coverage does not apply when customer orders are combined and insurance has not been paid in full for every item in the package container.
• Do not file a claim with the delivery carrier, as all claims will be denied if the customer initiates a carrier claim.

This shipping protection is a simple add-on for customers who want extra security for their purchase and a clearer claims process if a covered shipping issue occurs.
