The Pavoni 'Facon St. Honore' Silicone Mold offers exceptional realism for both cakes and single portions, designed to impart an original and authentic look to finished products. Each of the 12 cavities measures 72mm in diameter and 40mm in height, with a volume of 100 ml (3.4 oz). The overall mold dimensions are 400mm by 300mm (15.7" x 11.8").
Made from non-stick silicone with a slick upper surface, this mold allows easy removal of food and minimal cleaning effort. It is pliable for pushing out pastry or peeling frozen food products. The mold is safe for use in convection ovens, static ovens, and microwaves, and is resistant to temperatures ranging from -40°C to 280°C (-40°F to 536°F). Cleaning is simple with a rinse of hot water after use.
