The Turbo Air MST-28-12 M3 Series 1 Door Mega-Top Sandwich Salad Table offers 8 cubic feet of refrigerated storage with a spacious mega top for pans and prep space. Equipped with a 9 1/2 inch wide polyethylene cutting board and one adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelf, it provides ample workspace and storage for sandwich and salad preparation.
This self-contained unit features a cold air compartment and gas condensate system for consistent temperature control between 33 and 39°F. Constructed from stainless steel with CFC free polyurethane insulation, it includes 12 pan capacity for 1/6 size pans and is mounted on 4-inch casters for mobility. The unit operates on 115 volts, 3.3 amps, and 1/4 HP compressor, and is ETL, cETL, and NSF listed for safety and performance.
