The Traulsen G10011 is a one-door top-mounted reach-in refrigerator featuring a high-quality stainless steel exterior front and door with corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum sides and interior. It includes a top-mounted, balanced, self-contained refrigeration system with a large high humidity evaporator coil positioned outside the food zone to enhance storage capacity. The solid swing door is self-closing with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees and comes with a lock for security.
Equipped with a microprocessor control system with LED temperature readout, this refrigerator offers three adjustable epoxy-coated shelves per section. It features an energy-saving automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, and anti-condensate door perimeter heaters. The unit is NSF, UL, and Energy Star listed, measuring 29-7/8" wide, 35" deep, and 83-1/4" high, operating on 115 volts with a 9-foot cord and plug attached.
