The Cres Cor HC-UA-11 Hotcube 3 is an innovative insulated 3/4 height holding cabinet designed for versatile food holding both indoors and outdoors. It features a hybrid heating system that operates on standard 120 Volt electric power or propane fuel, allowing flexible use without the need for a cord. The cabinet maintains food at proper serving temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) using a powerful 1500 Watt electric heater or an 8700 BTU propane burner.
This unit is built with durability and convenience in mind, including a battery indicator, optional solar panel charging, and compatibility with standard 1 lb. propane tanks for up to 8 hours of hold time. It accommodates up to 22 steam table pans on adjustable chrome plated wire transport angles and is equipped with heavy-duty casters for easy mobility. The cabinet's aluminum construction, thermostatic control, and insulated design ensure efficient and reliable performance.
