This Hi-Limit Safety Thermostat is a Type LCH model with a fixed temperature of 495 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a 24-inch capillary and a nickel bulb measuring 1/4" by 4-7/8". The thermostat includes bracket 7 and is designed for Wells all electric fryers. It is a hot side hi limit thermostat that helps maintain safe operating temperatures in commercial fryer equipment.
Additional accessories compatible with this thermostat include a 3/8" MPT nickel-plated brass stuffing box kit, snap-in and clip-on capillary clamps, calibration screwdrivers, and insulation sleeving for bulbs up to 3/8" diameter.
