This Confectionery Guitar Cutter Stainless Steel Kit includes a heavy-duty 5mm base and four interchangeable cutting frames sized 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm. It is designed for cutting nougatine, caramel, ganache, chocolates, marzipan, and other confectionery items into squares, rectangles, diamonds, and triangles with precision and ease.
The kit features a stainless steel tray, a roll of extra wire, and tools such as allen keys and screws for assembly and maintenance. The overall size of the frames is 16-1/2 inches by 26-1/4 inches, with the base measuring 17-1/8 inches by 24 inches. The upper part of the base where the food is placed measures 15 inches by 15 inches, and it uses a standard 0.5mm wire for cutting.
