The Winholt Mobile Heater / Proofer Cabinet features a lift-off clear door with a tight fit gasket inside the extruded anodized aluminum frame. It includes a removable control drawer and maneuvers easily on heavy-duty polyurethane plate casters with dual brakes. This cabinet is NSF and ETL certified and offers express shipping availability.
Designed for commercial kitchens, it provides even heat distribution through an air baffle and circulating air blower. The dual proof/heat control allows humidity from 30% to 95% at temperatures up to 115°F in proof mode, and heat mode reaches nominal temperatures up to 180°F. It accommodates 36 trays sized 18" x 26" and operates on 120 volts with 1440 watts power consumption.
