The Vulcan C24EA5 PS Electric Countertop Steamer is a professional-grade unit designed for efficient steam cooking with a five-pan capacity. It features a stainless steel steam generator with a manual timed-drain Smart Drain System and PowerFlush technology to reduce mineral buildup. The cooking compartment and exterior are stainless steel with coved interior corners for durability and easy cleaning. Manual controls with a 60-minute timer provide precise cooking control.
Operating on 208 volts single-phase power, this steamer delivers 15.75 kW and includes heavy-duty doors with gasket guards to protect seals. Its dimensions are 24 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 26 inches tall, making it suitable for countertop use.
