This Robot Coupe Food Processor Cutters and Vegetable Slicer is a combination processor designed for preparing 600-800 servings in 2.5 hours. It features a 1.5 HP induction motor running at 1725 rpm and includes a 3.5-quart gray cutter bowl with a smooth edge "S" blade. The vegetable prep attachment has two hoppers for continuous feed slicing, shredding, grating, and julienne.
Equipped with a magnetic safety system and motor brake, this unit ensures safe operation. It accommodates 21 stainless steel discs for versatile food preparation.
