The Berkel X13AE-PLUS Automatic Gravity Feed Slicer is engineered with advanced technology in motion, geometry, energy, and hygiene to meet professional kitchen needs. It features a sanitary one-piece engineered polymer base and product table that reduces seams and joints, offering an NSF approved surface for easy cleaning.
This slicer includes a 13" stainless steel knife, table-mounted sharpener with borazon stones, and precise thickness control with a variable pitch barrel cam. It operates automatically with three speeds and stroke lengths, includes a permanent ring guard, kick stand, and product fence. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor at 120 volts and 8 amps, it is ETL and NSF/ANSI 8 compliant.
