The Wolf RB36 LP Gas Salamander Broiler is equipped with six 11,000 BTU/hr bar-type burners featuring stainless steel radiants, delivering a total of 66,000 BTU/hr for efficient broiling in commercial kitchens. Its stainless steel front, bottom, top, and sides provide durability and easy cleaning. The broiler includes an infinite heat control valve and a pilot ignition system for precise temperature control and reliable ignition.
Designed for countertop or wall mounting, it features a chrome plated trigger grip control handle for positive broiling carriage positioning and a heavy-duty chrome plated broiling grid measuring 27-1/2" wide by 13" deep. Additional features include a removable full-width spillage pan and a 3/4" top gas connection with regulator. CSA and NSF certifications ensure quality and safety.
