The Traulsen G30002 is a three-section half-door reach-in refrigerator designed for commercial kitchens. It features a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior for durability and resistance to corrosion. The unit includes a top-mounted, balanced, self-contained refrigeration system with a large high humidity evaporator coil located outside the food zone for efficient cooling.
This refrigerator is equipped with a microprocessor control and LED temperature readout for accurate temperature management. It has six solid swing doors with locks, self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees, and three adjustable epoxy-coated shelves per section. The unit also includes four 6-inch high casters with locks for mobility.
