The Wolf AHP636 Series Counter Model Achiever Propane Gas Hotplate 36" is engineered for commercial use, offering six open burners each producing 27,500 BTU/hr for fast preheating and heat recovery. Its heavy gauge welded steel chassis provides robust durability for long-term operation. The hotplate is finished with a stainless steel front featuring a "Cool Bullnose," sides, and backsplash for a sleek, professional look and easy maintenance.
This 36" wide propane hotplate includes cast iron grates, lift-off burner heads, and protected standing pilots to enhance safety and usability. Manual gas valve controls allow precise flame regulation. It also features an aluminized pull-out crumb tray and 4" adjustable legs. Certified by CSA and NSF, it weighs 265 lbs and measures 36" width, 31-3/8" depth, and 16-5/8" height, suitable for LP gas utility.
