Martellato Edible Red Velvet Spray provides a fine, delicate velvet-like sheen to desserts, made entirely from cocoa butter. It is ideal for spraying on frozen surfaces such as ice creams, mousses, and semifreddos. For best results, keep the spray at room temperature (20-25°C) and shake well before use. Spray a thin, even layer from 15 to 30 cm away, rotating the dessert to ensure uniform coverage. Clean the nozzle with warm water immediately after use to maintain spray quality.
This red spray is AZO free and perfect for coloring and decorating cold food surfaces. If the product is not liquefied, warm the can in hot water up to 35°C to melt the cocoa butter. After spraying, turn the can upside down and spray briefly to clean the actuator. This product is suitable for professional and home bakers looking to add a vibrant red velvet finish to their frozen desserts.
