The Vulcan VPT15 Pass-Through Holding & Transport Cabinet is designed to maintain food temperature and quality during transport and holding. It features an energy-efficient cabinet design and a rugged tubular steel frame for durability and quick preheating. The cabinet includes a forced air blower and side-mounted push handles for easy maneuverability in busy commercial kitchens.
Made with 20 gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, this mobile cabinet holds up to 15 pans and includes a recessed control panel and analog thermometer that monitors temperatures up to 190°F. It operates on 120V power with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is equipped with 5" casters for smooth mobility. Certified by cULus and UL, it meets industry safety and quality standards.
