The MFG Tray Fiberglass Proofing Board measures 18 inches by 26 inches and is made from a rigid fiberglass composite that offers excellent durability and long life. This 1/4 inch thick board is NSF listed and meets FDA regulations, providing a safe and clean alternative to traditional wood boards. Its textured surface controls corn meal and facilitates easy product removal during proofing.
Designed to withstand temperatures from -60°F to 250°F continuously and over 300°F intermittently, this board is ideal for proofing pretzels, bread, and other bakery products.
