The Wolf AHP848 Series Counter Model Achiever Natural Gas Hotplate 48" is ideal for commercial kitchens requiring a larger cooking surface with powerful burners. It features eight open burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU/hr for rapid preheating and efficient heat recovery. The heavy gauge welded steel chassis ensures long-lasting durability and consistent performance. The stainless steel front with "Cool Bullnose," sides, and backsplash provides a professional appearance and easy cleaning.
This 48" wide hotplate includes cast iron grates, lift-off burner heads, and protected standing pilots for safety and convenience. Manual gas valve controls allow precise flame adjustment. Additional features include an aluminized pull-out crumb tray and 4" adjustable legs. Certified by CSA and NSF, it weighs 310 lbs and measures 48" width, 31-3/8" depth, and 16-5/8" height, suitable for natural gas utility.
