The Cres Cor Cook N Hold Two Compartment Cabinet 1200-CH-SS-2DE is a mobile, radiant, insulated cabinet designed for cooking and holding food. It features two compartments with a capacity for sixteen 18" x 26" angle pan slides on 3" centers and six wire grids. The cabinet is constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and easy cleaning.
Equipped with solid state electronic controls and an LED digital display, this unit offers cook and hold cycles for versatile food preparation. The field reversible doors have magnetic and anti-microbial latches for secure and hygienic operation. Mobility is provided by four 5" swivel casters, two with brakes.
