All Novacart Panettone molds are KOF-K Kosher certified except item # P155C and are recyclable but not compostable. Ideal for panettone, jumbo muffins, cupcakes, or bread, these molds are not recommended for liquid batters due to pinprick holes in the bottom, making them best suited for thicker doughs or batters.
