The Hobart 403-1 Meat Tenderizer features a 1/2 horsepower electric motor and stainless steel knit knife blades designed to cut and knit meat firmly together for uniform cooking. Its lower profile with cut-outs allows meat to be inserted closer to the blades, making operation easier and faster. The translucent guard provides visibility during processing, while plastic guides inside the guard help reduce unintentional folding of the meat.
This tenderizer includes safety interlock systems that prevent feeding if the guard or motor housing is not in place, enhancing operator safety. The burnished aluminum housing is easy to clean and designed to accommodate a pan for holding prepped product.
