The Pavoni Pavoflex PX43118 Azteca Silicone Mold is designed in collaboration with pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorani to create visually striking desserts inspired by ancient artistry. It features 12 detailed cavities, each measuring 3.1 inches by 1.2 inches with a volume of 4.6 ounces (135 ml), ideal for sophisticated and precisely portioned pastries. The premium non-stick silicone surface ensures easy dessert release and simple cleaning with hot water and mild soap.
This mold can be sanitized in the oven at 302°F (150°C) for two minutes, making it suitable for professional kitchens and home bakers.
