The Turbo Air TST-36SD-15 Super Deluxe 2 Door Mega-Top Sandwich Salad Table offers an 11 cubic feet capacity with a spacious 15-pan opening on the stainless steel mega top. Equipped with two stainless steel doors and two wire shelves, this unit provides ample storage and workspace for sandwich and salad preparation. The 9 1/2" wide polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency.
This prep table features a self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system with a 1/3 HP bottom mounted compressor, maintaining temperatures between 33 - 39° F. Its cold air compartment and gas condensate system ensure consistent temperature control. The unit is NSF and cETLus listed, with 5" casters for mobility and durable stainless steel interior and exterior construction.
