The CresCor H339128C Insulated Half-Size Holding Cabinet is engineered to maintain prepared foods at serving temperatures, ideal for transport and commercial use. It features a fully insulated half-size cabinet with a 900-watt heating system that heats up to 200°F (93°C), controlled by a thermostatic system for precise temperature maintenance. The cabinet's body and door include an internal frame for structural rigidity and are constructed from non-corrosive, hi-tensile aluminum for strength and mobility.
This half-height cabinet includes a solid, insulated, field reversible door with a magnetic latch and twist-lock catch for secure transport. Removable wire pan supports hold 12" x 20" pans on 2-3/4" centers, with pan stops to ensure proper airflow. Heavy-duty 5" swivel casters with brakes provide easy mobility, and the cabinet can be stacked with an optional kit for added flexibility.
