The Pavoni Pavoflex Silicone Mold PASSION features 12 cavities, each with a 100 ml (3.38 oz) capacity, designed for creating elegant sweet or spicy food items. The mold measures 300mm x 400mm overall and is made from non-stick black silicone, facilitating easy food release and cleaning.
This flexible mold is suitable for use in convection ovens, static ovens, and microwaves, withstanding temperatures from -40°C to 280°C (-40°F to 536°F). It is dishwasher and freezer safe, and can be sanitized in the oven at 150°C (302°F). Its pliability allows for effortless removal of pastry or frozen products, making it a versatile tool for professional kitchens.
