The Hobart HCM450-61-4 is a powerful 45-quart floor cutter mixer designed for heavy-duty commercial use. Equipped with a 5 HP motor and a durable stainless steel bowl with a pouring lip, this mixer offers efficient and versatile food processing capabilities. Its steel base with an epoxy enamel finish ensures long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion and scratches.
This model features electromechanical safety interlocks and a user-friendly 5-minute timer with jog and hold settings for precise control. The mixer includes a counterbalanced clear Lexan polycarbonate bowl cover with a stainless steel support bar, a bowl tilt lever, and stainless steel mixing baffle with a pour-through center shaft. Attachments include a 2-blade cut/mix knife, knead/mix attachment, and a polypropylene strainer basket, making it ideal for various cutting and mixing tasks.
