The Martellato 20TES007 Decorative Mold, "Waves," is designed to create molded chocolate endpieces for cakes shaped in the Martellato 30TT605S log dessert mold. This set includes two sheets, each with six three-cornered cavities featuring two fluted sides, one straight-edged side, and a hole in the center, offering a unique wave pattern.
Each cavity measures 67mm from the straight-edged side to the opposite corner and 85mm from corner to corner along the straight-edged side. The chocolate-sheet size is 197mm x 297mm (7-3/4 inch x 11-11/16 inch). Made of clear, transparent, bendable plastic, this mold is ideal for detailed chocolate decoration but is not oven safe.
