The Hobart HCM450-62-4 is a robust 45-quart floor cutter mixer featuring a 5 HP motor and a stainless steel bowl with a pouring lip, designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments. Its durable steel base with an epoxy enamel finish provides excellent resistance to wear and corrosion, ensuring long-term reliability.
This mixer includes electromechanical safety interlocks and a 5-minute timer with jog and hold settings for enhanced operational control. The counterbalanced clear Lexan polycarbonate bowl cover with stainless steel support bar, bowl tilt lever, and stainless steel mixing baffle with a pour-through center shaft add to its user-friendly design. Included attachments are a 2-blade cut/mix knife, knead/mix attachment, and polypropylene strainer basket, making it versatile for various food preparation tasks.
