This hot side electric thermostat features a temperature range from 75 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and includes wire leads with two 1/4" female push-on terminals. It mounts with a 1/2" NPT and has a 4-3/4" probe length, making it suitable for various commercial fryer models.
