This Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Sheet Cake Pan measures 8" x 12" with a 3-inch depth, made from extra thick 14 gauge aluminum to ensure even heat distribution and consistent baking. Its straight sides are perfect for creating professional-looking cake layers, including wedding tiers.
The pan features a solid, fixed bottom and a stick coating to prevent sticking and ease cleanup. It is oven safe and includes extra wide rims for easy handling of heavy filled pans. When planning storage or oven space, add approximately 1 to 1.5 inches for the flange.
