This Kason 11248000016 hinge is a reversible spring-assisted cam lift hinge measuring 10-1/8" long by 5-21/32" wide. It features a 1-1/8" offset and is constructed from die-cast zinc with a polished chrome plated finish. The hinge is designed for easy reversal by removing the cap and pushing out the cam, then replacing the cam on the opposite side of the strap and replacing the cap. The strap includes a hex hole to accept the stem from the flange, ensuring secure installation.
