The Skyfood SSI-14I 14" Slicer is a manual, gravity feed, belt-driven slicer featuring a 14-inch diameter blade. It offers a maximum slice thickness of 5/8 inch and includes a decimal thickness regulator for precise slicing adjustments. Made from anodized aluminum alloy, this slicer ensures durability and easy cleaning. It also comes with a built-in dual action sharpener, fixed rear ring guard, and removable clear plexiglas carriage protection for safety and convenience.
