The Traulsen G10000 is a half-door reach-in refrigerator designed with high-quality stainless steel exterior front and doors, complemented by corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum sides and interior. It features a top-mounted, balanced, self-contained refrigeration system with a large high humidity evaporator coil positioned outside the food zone to enhance storage space. The unit includes two solid swing doors with self-closing and stay-open features at 120 degrees, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, and horizontal work flow door handles.
Equipped with a microprocessor control system featuring an LED temperature readout, this refrigerator offers three adjustable epoxy-coated shelves per section. It includes energy-saving automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, and anti-condensate door perimeter heaters. The unit is NSF, UL, and Energy Star listed, with dimensions of 29-7/8" width, 35" depth, and 83-1/4" height, and operates on 115 volts with a 9-foot cord and plug attached.
