This Vollum Front-Load Knock Down Bakery Rack is constructed entirely of stainless steel and designed to hold 20 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or trays. The rack ships disassembled and assembles easily with included hex screws and key. It features securely welded slides on vertical frame tubing and horizontal frame tubing at the top and middle for added stability.
Equipped with 5-inch swivel casters, two of which lock, this bakery rack offers smooth mobility and safety. A solid stainless steel pan stopper bar in two diagonal corners swivels open or locks closed to prevent trays from sliding out during transport. Its dimensions and robust design make it ideal for efficient storage and transport in commercial bakery environments.
